Log cabin bar and grill
It's not fine dining by any means, but probably one of the nicer "sit down" restaurants in the outlets. We had the chicken pepperjack sandwich and crab cake sliders, both were satisfying. The food was good - the menu had a good variety of options. Ī great laid back setting to grab lunch or dinner after or before shopping. Also, the restaurant has very comfy and warm environment I totally love it. The waiter was were incredibly nice and helpful the how time I was there. LOG CABIN BAR AND GRILL FULL
2 of the 4 orders were ice cold as if they took the wings out of the freezer and threw sauce on them. The Log Cabin Inn not only features a full service bar with seasonal favorites but also aged Black Angus beef, chops, steaks, fresh seafood, sandwiches, soups & salads. Ordered 4 pounds of Wings for $27.99 (4 wing flavors). After being seated the waitress came over promptly and took my drink order, and she came back shortly for my food order. The only thing good about this place was the beer. I recommend you drive out of the mall and go to Friendly's There were only 3 tables occupied in this place and not only did it take My food a long time to come my burger was burned.
Employees are great here toĪ pleasant surprise. And so far the 10 I've tried are phenomenal. The guy also told me the price of the salad with salmon and that's not what I was charged! I still havent heard a word from them.Īwesome! Still here and in love with there award winning wing's. I called after I left because it really hit me. And the salmon was so over cooked and the lettuce left like sand in our mouths from not being washed properly. Had 2 waters (not bottled) ordered to salads with salmon and my bill was $36 bucks. Wait staff was kind enough but sorry, won't be back or recommend. Pricing was very high, ~$23 USD steak and you serve that? No thanks again. We were just so hungry just from travelling we decided to eat it anyways and just get on our way as fast as possible. A/C in the place was going full tilt leaving us absolutely freezing. Food came out luke warm which was concerning since there were only 3 other tables seated. The "seasonal vegetables" were clearly from a bag of frozen vegetables steamed to the point of having no flavour. I ordered what was apparently a Rib Eye steak, looked freezer burnt, overcooked, and flavorless. A couple of the worst examples from our table was my son ordered the foot long hot dog which resembled a shriveled up dog from a convenience store. Service was great atmosphere ok way to bright in my opinion.ĭelicious food, great smiles, great music ! Just overall an amazing place with great service and great food.take time to check it out if you can.
LOG CABIN BAR AND GRILL MAC
The food was decent but $11 for a kids mac and cheese is pretty steep especially when you charge another $2 for the drink. An additional mention: the mild chili was just bananas. My wife and I got burgers and they were absolutely amongst the best burger we have ever had. They didn't mind my 8 month old son, staff was awesome and the food was fantastic. Holy smokes this place was a nice surprise. Food was wildly over priced, would not recommend and will not be returning 10.99 for a child's meal and a tiny cup of apple sauce. Most of the time they'd ask for the recipe to take home and make for themselves.Service was ok but our food took forever to come out and when it arrived, it was burnt. The most enjoyable part I found was the seasonal drinks I would create, and how people would react to them. The hardest part of the job would be keeping busy when we were dead, I normally would just make up a cleaning project for the day to do. My co-workers were mostly younger than me, which was a lot of fun to joke around with and also taught them a lot about the bar and upselling for their advantage. She was always all over the place but in a good way, helping wherever it was needed in order to ensure everything would run smooth. Our profits were exceptional and I worked hard to keep our liquor costs down. I learned a lot about ordering and liquor costs. Filling ice, setting up cleaning sinks, the taps, checking the kegs, stocking the beer, cutting the fruit, stocking the bar, and setting up menus for drink specials. A typical day would consist of, wiping down the bar and rinse out the sinks, lines, drains.
